Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Achal Gupta.
I build things, not just robots and code, but movements, moments, and meaning.
I study Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Cape Town, but the learning started long before lecture halls. I was the kid pulling apart clocks and reading encyclopedias about the cosmos. Now I'm someone who leads rover design teams by day and captures fleeting light on mountain trails by sunset.
I think like an engineer, lead like a strategist, and see like an artist. Whether it's solving a technical problem, mobilizing a team, or framing a photograph - I'm always asking: what matters most, and how can I do it better?
This isn't just about skill - it's about stewardship. The systems I design, the roles I take on, and the stories I tell all come from a place of curiosity, care, and quiet ambition. I'm not here to follow tracks - I'm here to lay them down.
